Terms of use

These Terms are an agreement between you and KP Think Private Limited ("we", "us") for your use of the Tenglow mobile app (the "App"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. The App is not directed to children or teens.

2. Health and fitness disclaimer

Tenglow provides general fitness information only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it does not replace a doctor, physiotherapist or qualified trainer.

• Consult your doctor before starting any exercise program, especially if you are pregnant or postpartum, have or recently had an injury or surgery, or have a heart, joint, blood pressure or other health condition.
• The App is not intended for pregnancy, postpartum recovery or injury rehabilitation without medical clearance.
• Stop immediately and seek medical help if you feel pain, dizziness, faintness, chest discomfort or unusual shortness of breath.
• Exercise involves risk of injury. You exercise at your own risk, in a safe space, within your own limits. Individual results vary and are not guaranteed.

3. License

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the usage rules of the Apple App Store or Google Play. All rights in the App, its content and its branding remain with KP Think Private Limited and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer (except where law allows), resell or distribute the App or its content, or use it to build a competing product.

4. Subscriptions, free trial and auto-renewal

• Plans and price: Tenglow offers an optional subscription, currently $9.99 per month or $59.99 per year, with a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers. Prices may vary by region, taxes may apply, and prices may change; the price shown on the purchase screen at the time of purchase applies.
• Payment: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account (iOS) or Google account (Android) at confirmation of purchase, or at the end of the free trial.
• Auto-renewal: Your subscription renews automatically for the same period and at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Managing and cancelling: You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your account settings after purchase (iOS: Settings > your name > Subscriptions; Android: Google Play > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions). Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.
• Free trial: Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, you will be charged.
• One-time yearly offer: If you leave the subscription screen without subscribing, the App may show, once per installation, a discounted yearly plan. The price shown on that screen is the price you pay and is also the price at which that plan renews each year, until you cancel. The offer is a separate yearly product and may not include a free trial. Apple and Google rules govern the purchase and billing, and you can cancel any time in your account subscription settings as described above.
• Refunds: Purchases are processed by Apple or Google, so refund requests are handled under their policies, not by us.
• Service provider: We use RevenueCat to validate subscriptions. See our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the App, interfere with its operation, attempt to bypass subscription checks, or use it in violation of law.

6. Your data and optional account

Your setup answers, workout history and logged weights are stored on your device. If you do not create an account, this data stays only on your device; if you delete the App or use "Delete my data and restart setup" (Settings) it is removed and we cannot recover it. If you choose to sign in, a copy is backed up to our servers as described in the Privacy Policy.

• An account is optional. You can sign in with Sign in with Apple or with your email address and a one-time code. Use a valid email address that you control.
• You are responsible for your device and your email or Apple account, including anyone who has access to them. Do not share one-time codes. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has accessed your account.
• Cloud backup is a convenience and is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free; use the export feature to keep your own copy if the data matters to you.
• You can delete your account at any time in Settings > Delete account. This permanently removes your server-side data and cannot be undone. It does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription; cancel that separately.
• We may suspend or delete accounts used abusively, for example to attack or overload the service, to access other people's accounts or data, or in breach of these Terms.

7. Changes to the App and to these Terms

We may update, change or discontinue features, and we may update these Terms. If we make material changes we will update the date above or notify you in the App. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will produce any particular fitness result.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KP Think Private Limited and its owners, officers, employees and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or revenue, or for any injury or health problem arising from your use of the App or your exercise. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the amount you paid us for the App in the 12 months before the claim (or USD $50 if you paid nothing). Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including consumer rights that apply in your country.

10. Apple and Google

These Terms are between you and us, not Apple or Google. Apple and Google have no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App. For iOS, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. If the App fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price, if any; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the App. We, not Apple or Google, are responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App.

11. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or end your access or account if you breach these Terms or use the service abusively.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Jaipur, India have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
