Program
Full-Body Burn
Whole-body sessions with a little more heat.
Full-Body Burn is a four week program where two of every four sessions are full body. The others focus on core and lower body.
What does a session look like?
The order repeats every four workouts. Each workout has two warm-up moves, a main block that fills the time you chose (10, 20 or 30 minutes) and two cool-down stretches.
Workout 1: Full body
The first session of each cycle.
Workout 2: Core
Comes after workout 1.
Workout 3: Lower body
Comes after workout 2.
Workout 4: Full body
Comes after workout 3.
How does it get harder?
Week two adds five seconds of work to every step, week three adds ten and week four adds fifteen, with a little less rest so the session stays the same length. For an intermediate level, a step moves like this:
| Week | Work | Rest |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | 40 seconds | 20 seconds |
| 2 | 45 seconds | 15 seconds |
| 3 | 50 seconds | 10 seconds |
| 4 | 55 seconds | 10 seconds |
Who is Full-Body Burn for?
- People who like variety within a single session
- Anyone short on time who wants every session to work the whole body
- Those who enjoy mixing legs, upper body and core in one workout
If you want a slower, calmer session, Mobility Mornings or Core & Posture will suit you better.
Chosen when your goal is "tone up".
Questions about Full-Body Burn
Is Full-Body Burn too hard for beginners?
You set the level in the quiz. A beginner gets 30 seconds of work and 30 seconds of rest per step, and every exercise has an easier version. Start there and move up when it feels comfortable.
Does it burn fat?
We do not make promises about body changes. It is a regular, full body routine that gets you moving. Results depend on many things we cannot see, so we leave that claim out.
